Terms of Service

Note!
These terms of service are exhaustive not to be restrictive, but for clear communication purposes. Hopefully, any questions you have will have answers!

COMMUNICATION

  • CONTACT ME THROUGH DISCORD! We can discuss the commission and it's progress there!

  • Regular updates will be provided.

  • You may request an update on the commission whenever you like!

  • You are free to communicate about any payment issues with me, and we can communicate on what is best to do about it.

PAYMENT

  • MY PAYMENT SERVICE IS VENMO AND CASHAPP (venmo preferred), make sure you have an account when you commission me.

  • I will provide the link to my account in your preferred payment service when it is needed.

  • Half of the price is requested once the sketch is done. The other half will be requested once it's finished (For sketch only commissions, full payment will be required once it is done).

  • If you cancel the commission before the sketch is done, you will not be charged. Otherwise, you will only pay the half you have already given.

  • Current payment system is subject to change! This is just what will work best for me.

GUIDELINES

  • Using my art for personal use is okay, as long as credit is given.

  • How long commissions can take vary depending on the circumstances. Expect a week or two wait.

  • MY COMMISSIONS CANNOT BE USED AS TRAINING DATA FOR AI OR AS AN NFT.

  • I'm totally up for it when you want commissions to stay private. I'll ask you how you want your commission to be shared around, but feel free to bring it up yourself!!

WILL DO:

  • Humanoids

  • Furry/Anthro

  • Robots

  • Light Blood

WONT DO:

  • Gore

  • NSFW and any 18+ content

  • Fetish content

  • Overly detailed designs (Bayformers level)

  • Bigoted/Discriminatory content

  • Anything I'm not comfortable with. I do not have to accept your commission.
